Jack
Engineering Manager

- Experience: 27 years in the field, 17 at RMT
- On Teamwork: My whole philosophy and outlook while engineering is to keep an eye on building it later. Teaming with construction early on to get input on smarter ways to do things and as we run into issues in the field (which are inevitable) is so valuable. This teaming provides the trust required to hammer things out.
- On RMT: Engineering and construction working together year–round and on the same team is a strong aspect of who we are. Our clients trust us and find us easy to work with. We get the job done.
- Dream project location: Germany.
