SmartBurn cyclone boilers have achieved record low NOx emission levels below 0.20 lb/MMBtu with no adverse changes in boiler efficiency, cyclone slag tapping, and load follow. Cyclone modification includes reentry throat; cyclone's PA, TA, and SA design; and advanced SmartBurn OFA design.
