RMT designs and performs surveys for baseline data collection, monitoring, and fulfillment of mitigation requirements. We provide the following types of surveys and studies:

Wetland Delineation & Habitat Mitigation

RMT provides wetland delineation services subject to jurisdiction under Section 404 of the Federal Clean Water Act. We provide evaluations of wetland issues of concern to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Game, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. We also develop habitat mitigation and monitoring plans and 404(b)(1) alternatives analysis, prepare and implement habitat restoration (for wetland, riparian, and upland habitats), and enhance habitat restoration designs.

RMT offers a wide array of services for short- and long-term scientific research to address practical questions in resource management. Such research services include cost-effective study design; field data collection and data management; mathematical modeling; statistical analysis; technical writing and editing; and presentation and interpretation of results to a diverse audience.
